Executive Board

President: Rebecca Wagner
Presides over chapter meetings, heads the executive
committee, and is a non-voting member in the
chapter (except in breaking a tie.)


VP Membership: Chelsea Spears
Responsible for education and initiation of new
members, continuing the education of all
active members, responsible for degrees
and rushing processes.


VP Service: Katelyn Kaiser
Keeps records of service hours for active members,
notifies president of risks and violations of
the requirement not being met, and
records members statuses and band
participation.

VP Sisterhood: Brooke Johnson
Plans events and maintains good relations between members.


Administrator of Music: Chelsey Benson
Works with new and old members in learning the hymn
and loyalty song, works on developing new songs for the chapter and district, builds
the Women In Music profiles and works with
the service head to keep the sorority focused
on musical service in the community.


Treasurer: Marie Hayden
Controls chapter monies, collects receipts, responsible
for disbursements, submits finanical report
three times per quarter, and for
purchase and sales records of merchandise.


Recording Secretary: Rachel Markert
Records chapter minutes, submits the minutes to
members and sponsor, keeps a record of
attendance, and provides chapter with
a roster of members.


Corresponding Secretary: Bethany Taylor
Responsible for chapter correspondence and
intra-university communication, sends
correspondence once per quarter to all
chapters in the district, and is in constant
communication with rotating and permanent
sister chapters.

 

 
Committee Board

Joint: Kevin Craig
Works with our brother chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi in
planning joint rituals, gatherings, and rushes
and keeps relations smooth between
brother and sister.

 Merchandising:
Prices and sells marching band apparel and essentials
to the members, helps in designing new fashions
and sales items throughout the year,
and works with fundraising and treasurer regularly.

 Fundraising:
Focuses on making money for the organization by
way of planning new and maintaining old
fundraisers for the sorority and works with
the merchandising and the treasurer regularly.

 Alumni: 
Keeps in touch with sisters that have graduated through hand written letters, emails,
and newsletters throughout the year and
plans activities to get our alumni involved
in the chapter.

 Formal:
Works with Kappa Kappa Psi in planning the Marching 110 annual banquet in the fall and
the spring joint banquet in the spring. 

 Historian:
Keeps records of the chapters events, membership, and
honoraries, builds scrapbooks for future sisters, and
works with sisterhood to plan scrapbook nights.

 Parliamentarian: Kristen Urbanski
Has decent knowledge of the sorority's constitution and
Robert's rulesand keeps the chapter in order during
elections and weekly meetings.

Webmaster: Kevin Craig

Works and maintains the website to keep information up to date.
